Ghost Trees II is a continuing exploration of the dying trees in the Cape Fear River basin due to saltwater intrusion from climate change. The trees are haunting in their dying and their beauty. Jen seeks to find beauty in our broken world and to inspire people to connect with nature and take urgent action to save it.
Ghost Trees II brings the trees into greater focus than the first Ghost Trees project, emphasizing the urgency that is called for in order to save our planet. Jen is a naturalist. She creates native plant gardens to support pollinators. She is a bird nerd. And she is crazy about her little dog, Ari Rooh.
